For Grown-Ups

Parent Participation

Parent participation is a critical component in student success.  Courtyard requires each family to donate a minimum 35 hours in service to the school community. These hours are a great way to get to know the community better and make a tangible difference for the school!

Your hours in service can be comprised of baking cookies, chaperoning field trips, coaching, classroom volunteers…the opportunities are endless! Just ask how you can make a difference!

Parent Teacher Organization

The Parent Teacher Organization supports the Courtyard community by:

Providing open communication between staff, families, students, and the School Board
Planning and participating in school events
Volunteering in a variety of capacities

PTO meetings take place the second Tuesday of every month from 5:15-6:00 p.m.

All parents are automatically welcomed as a part of PTO to take part in this organization and attend monthly meetings.
